Grilled Chicken Salpicao Recipe

This is from GOOD HOUSEKEEPING's easy everyday meals volume 6. I've tried this several times and it goes well with rice or some warm crispy potato slices. You can get the liquid seasoning from specialty stores or any Asian grocery. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup liquid seasoning (Knorr or Maggi)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon juice (orange or lemon or anything you have at hand)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in a mixture of the remaining ingredients for atleast 20 minutes or longer. Add more chopped garlic to coat all the chicken.
  • Grill or Pan-fry until done.
  • Serve with blanched mixed vegetables and rice or warm potato salad.
